1. Who handles your information

SattvanaWellness handles information collected through this website to arrange appointments and operate the practice. The practitioner’s details are on the approach page. Contact information appears at the end of this policy.

2. What we collect

For booking, we collect your name, email address, chosen appointment, timezone and acceptance of the terms. We retain the booking amount, payment-provider references, payment status and rescheduling history. A keyed email fingerprint helps us find your appointment when you request a private management link. Essential technical information, such as request logs, may be processed to operate and protect the service.

We do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses or clinical history in the booking form. Do not include sensitive health details in routine booking emails. This website does not store therapy notes. Any records created as part of professional care are covered by a separately explained process.

3. Why we use it

We use booking information to reserve an appointment, verify payment, communicate practical details, create private invitations, send reminders, resolve payment problems and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. The practice does not sell your personal information or use appointment information for advertising.

4. Providers that receive information

• Razorpay: processes payment details through its checkout. The app sends the price and a booking reference; it does not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Google: receives the attendee email and appointment details to create calendar invitations and facilitate online meetings. Use a Google account and meeting settings appropriate for your privacy needs.
• Resend: receives the recipient address and transactional email content to send confirmations and reminders.
• Hosting providers: operate the infrastructure used to store and serve application data and backups.

Providers may process information outside India according to their terms and infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect safety, as applicable. Sharing is limited to the purpose for which it is needed.

5. Storage and retention

Booking names, email addresses, saved transactional email content and calendar refresh credentials are encrypted in the application database. HTTPS protects information in transit when deployed. Access to the admin area is restricted to authorised users. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Abandoned, unpaid booking contact details are redacted after 30 days through a scheduled maintenance task. Confirmed appointment and transaction records are kept for the period needed to provide services, resolve issues and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. The final retention schedule for professional records will be explained separately.

6. Cookies and tracking

The app uses essential cookies for security, form submission, private appointment management and administrator authentication. It does not include advertising pixels, session replay or marketing analytics. Fonts and site images are hosted with the website. The payment and meeting providers may use their own necessary technologies when you use those services.

7. Your choices

You may contact the practice to request access, correction or deletion of your information, raise a privacy concern or ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information must be retained where required by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction. Withdrawing information needed to arrange a session may prevent us from completing that booking.

8. Contact and updates
